Full Job Description

Atomic Hospitality Group is looking for experienced door host/ hospitality security for It's West Loop locations. Pay is $20 an hour. This is a 1099 position.

Job Duties:
Create a positive first impression by greeting guests in a respectful and friendly manner
Control the flow of foot traffic into the venue to prevent overcrowding
Check patrons' identification to ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws
Demonstrate good judgment when addressing issues and interacting with patrons to avoid disrupting other guests' experiences
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a security role within a bar/restaurant establishment.
Ability to maintain composure under periods of high stress and high volume
Respect for team members and guests
Positive attitude and friendly personality
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Dress Code: Black dress slack and black polo will be required for the position. When private events are booked, are black sports coat may need to be worn as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
