Job Description: 50-55 hours a week depending on season
Ideal Candidate:
high volume experience
quality and intricacy for a high volume concept - large menu (French Vietnamese menu, does not need come from French Vietnamese background)
high energy Chef
Exec Chef experience for 3-4 years
