Our Team has created this cocktail lounge to be truly one of a kind tucked up on the 4th Floor of Residence Inn/Courtyard by Marriott. It's an elegant drinking spot with a great atmosphere and innovative bar bites.

Our goal is to provide downtown Phoenix with an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience where locals and visitors alike, can experience a wonderful night out while getting served tasty cocktails and creative food while our team focuses on the hospitality.

Little Rituals in Phoenix, AZ is looking for line cooks to join our team. We are located on 132 S Central Ave 4th Floor, Residence Inn/Courtyard By Marriott.

We are looking for upbeat savvy individuals that can hustle and keep a smile on their face that wants to join our kitchen team for the afternoon and night shifts. We would need someone that has open availability and is used to being on their feet. Reliability and a positive attitude with transportation and good timekeeping are a must.

Compensation is dependent on experience.

All applicants must have Heart, Integrity, Pride and a Positive Attitude, attention to detail with a good work ethic and work well with others.

We are recruiting for the following position (full-time)

1. Line Cook

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High volume line experience is preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Prepare and set up ingredients to be used throughout the shift
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments
  • Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
  • Efficiently work with team members toward a goal
  • Our team is small and close-knit, and shares most responsibilities and works as a team to complete all tasks
  • High food hygiene standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Food handler certification
  • Previous experience working in the food service industry as a cook or line cook
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
The position is full-time, and includes health, parking + meal benefits
