Our Pastry Chef de Partie are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Pasty Chef de Partie is specializing in the creation of various type of pastries, desserts and baked goods. The Pastry Chef de Partie ensures the correct preparation of all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards. They’re also responsible for all aspects of their station including prep, baking, decorating, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage.
