Description
Pie Bar is a full-scale cocktail bar that has been serving sweet and savory pies since 2013.
We are looking for someone to enter our hybrid support position.
Friday & Saturday nights: Bar back/ Dish
Sunday night: Pie corner
Summary of Duties
Bar Back - Dish
- Assisting bartender in FOH bar service.
- Grabbing backups during the rush.
- Maintaining bar glass dish.
- Running bus bins to BOH.
- Running dish cycles throughout the night.
- Serving drinks to guests.
- Clearing and resetting tables.
- IDing guests
- Setting up the closing staff for a smooth close.
Pie corner
- Taking orders at our pie window.
- Slicing up and serving pie to our guests.
- Providing amazing customer service.
- Being quick on your feet.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Multitasking.
- Assisting bar staff with serving tables.
- Making whipped cream.
- Closing tasks such as cleaning, dishes, sweeping and mopping.
Must have food handler's card.
We are a tight-knit crew that specializes in hand-crafted cocktails and providing the perfect space for your date night, cocktail hour, or after-party meal.
We are looking for someone who will bring in and maintain good vibes throughout while helping to provide support as we enter our busy season!

Pay: $17.25 - $17.50 per hour
