Location: Los Angeles, CA or Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: 5 days a week – Lunch and Dinner
Travel: Willingness to travel to Mexico (all expenses paid)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private Chef to provide high-quality, French or Italian–inspired meals for a private household. The role is based in either Los Angeles or Las Vegas and involves regular travel to the family’s residence in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining or private service, with a deep understanding of French and Italian cuisine, and a passion for creating memorable, beautifully presented meals in an intimate, home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve lunch and dinner for the principal five days per week.
- Plan weekly menus, incorporating variety, seasonality, and dietary preferences.
- Source the finest ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality (food costs covered).
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and handle inventory management.
- Coordinate travel meal preparation and manage logistics for time spent in Mexico.
- Ensure all meals are presented with consistent excellence in both taste and appearance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or in fine-dining establishments.
- Expertise in French and/or Italian cuisine, with creative menu planning skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a private household.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally (Mexico).
- Culinary degree or formal chef training preferred.
