GROUND is a fast-casual restaurant concept in Franklin, TN. We have two locations and a food truck. We are social, fast-paced, rewarding and our goal is to build a winning team where we have fun making great food consistently served quickly in a family-friendly environment. Our kitchen is open so you must have great customer service skills even though the job is mostly kitchen driven. We are constantly changing things in order to streamline our process and keep up with the times. You must be open to change.

We need hard working, energetic, friendly applicants. This is a cooking position. Pay Based on Experience. Minimum of $20HR-$23+HR GUARANTEED WITH TIPS!!! We have the tools to train anyone from no experience all the way to plenty experience. Pay will vary with experience. Excellent opportunity to advance.
