Summary:
Provides exceptional customer service to all customers by receiving and preparing customer orders in an efficient manner by performing the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Greets and makes each customer feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door.
2. Applies knowledge of the Baked Bear products and assists customers through the ordering process.
3. Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
4. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements.
5. Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction
6. Bakes cookies according to store procedures
7. Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures.
8. Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner
9. Punctual, reliable, and eager
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You must be professional, punctual, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
