Job Description
Pelato is looking for a Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to our guests. Mixology responsibilities include preparing ingredients, creating cocktails, and mixing ingredients into cocktails. We are looking for a team-oriented, friendly, and hardworking individual who is excited to be a part of a great team dynamic and wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous cash handling experience is required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment providing courteous service and engaging the guests in conversation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for mixing such as spirits, gin, rum, tequila, vodka, moonshine, etc.
- Prepare cocktail recipes following proper mixing procedures such as shaking, stirring, etc.
- Serve drinks according to proper serving techniques and standards of quality control.
- Cleaning dishes and equipment used in the preparation of food. Cleaning equipment such as dishwashers and stoves used in cooking.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
