Walter's Basin Restaurant is located in Holderness, NH. We are professional and agile. We are looking for a few more line cooks to join our team.

It is our mission to ensure fair wages for all members of our team. Therefore, a 3% Fair Wage and Wellness Provision is added to all food items purchased on guest checks. This provision is divided up between the entire kitchen staff including cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers and kitchen hands line cooks/ prep cooks. This will add $2-4 more per hour to your paycheck!
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
