Job Title: Barback/Food Runner/Busser
Seeking an energetic Team player to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests, supporting bar, server and kitchen staff in food running operations. Hourly+ Tips
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support bartender and server staff with service operations
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure guests have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
- Have full knowledge of Food and Beverage programs
Minimum Requirements:
- One Year of experience in the hospitality industry
- Keen observation and attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work long busy days on your feet.
- Ability to learn and retain menu specifications.
- Ability to work in a Team environment. You will be working with servers, bussers, & cooks to make a great experience for our guests. Being a team player is essential.
