Servers & Bussers Restaurant servers take orders, serve food and drinks, and clean up tables. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for guests. The average pay for a restaurant server is $15-$25 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills.

It's a fun job, but you have to learn how to deal with difficult customers from time to time. And that's always a good skill to have no matter what job you have. Just my 2cents. 🙂
